Research (Ancillary) - Last years digipak

Here is a copy of the digipak I created last summer. There are several different strengths however there are also several different weaknesses. One strength of this digipak is it clearly shows the artists' face and also the name of the artist in a clear white colour font. This will help to engage the target audience. However a weakness is; there are too many different fonts used in this digipak which makes it look unprofessional. Although this digipak sticks to only basic black and white colours which helps to make it look more professional. Additionally the back cover looks very professional as it includes a tracklist, a logo of the record company, copyright information, a website, a category number and a barcode. However it doesn't include a spine with the artists' name and album name. Overall I was happy with this digipak as it was my first attempt and was also created in just one lesson. The weaknesses will help me when creating my real digipak as I know where I went wrong I terms of making it look unprofessional.
